Gold Spot Ekspansindo is seeking a dedicated Deputy Front Desk Receptionist to join our team in Denpasar, Bali. As a Deputy Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring their stay is comfortable and memorable. This role offers a competitive salary of Rp 5.000.000 – Rp 6.000.000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Greeting and assisting guests upon arrival and departure.
• Checking guests in and out, and coordinating with housekeeping and other departments.
• Answering phone calls and emails, and providing information about the hotel's amenities and services.
• Managing the front desk operations, including reservations, cancellations, and modifications.
• Handling guest complaints and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
• Ensuring the front desk area is clean and organized at all times.
• Assisting with check-in/check-out procedures and ensuring all documentation is accurate.
• Promoting the hotel's services and facilities to guests.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a front desk or receptionist role is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Good computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.
