📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the maintenance and operation of plant facilities, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Optimize energy and resource usage to improve operational efficiency.
• Manage and coordinate with contractors and vendors for maintenance services.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance schedules.
• Develop and implement maintenance strategies to minimize downtime.
• Train and mentor junior staff on best practices and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address operational challenges.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing and maintaining industrial facilities.
• Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
• Proficiency in using maintenance management software such as SAP PM, IBM Maximo, or similar.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with food manufacturing processes is a plus.
