📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create high-quality fashion samples using advanced tailoring techniques and tools such as Gerber Accumark and CAD software.
• Collaborate with designers and pattern makers to ensure designs meet client specifications and industry standards.
• Conduct pattern grading and alteration to ensure samples fit perfectly.
• Use precision cutting and sewing machines to produce accurate and durable samples.
• Inspect samples for quality and make necessary adjustments.
• Work with a variety of fabrics, including natural and synthetic materials, to achieve the desired look and feel.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following health and safety protocols.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the fashion industry.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Fashion Sample Tailor or similar role in the garment industry.
• Proven expertise in using Gerber Accumark and other CAD software.
• Strong understanding of fashion design principles and industry standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with designers and other stakeholders.
• Familiarity with various fabrics and their properties.
• Knowledge of pattern grading and alteration techniques.
