📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet departmental needs.
  • Source, screen, and evaluate potential candidates for various roles.
  • Conduct interviews and make hiring decisions in collaboration with the hiring manager.
  • Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including offer negotiations and onboarding.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and employers.
  • Analyze recruitment data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Train and mentor junior recruiters to ensure high standards are maintained.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record in hiring and onboarding.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
  • Experience in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
  • Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
