Urban Star Sentosa is seeking an experienced Operational Manager to join our team in Canggu, Bali. As an Operational Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our hotel, ensuring that all aspects of the business run smoothly and efficiently. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel, including front desk, housekeeping, and food and beverage services.,Ensure that all staff are trained and motivated to deliver excellent customer service.,Monitor and maintain the hotel's financial performance, including budgeting and cost control.,Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.,Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive growth and profitability.,Manage and coordinate with external vendors and service providers to ensure the smooth delivery of services.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.,Strong knowledge of hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, and food and beverage services.,Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Previous experience in a multi-unit or large-scale hotel is a plus.
