📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure.,Answer and direct guest inquiries and requests.,Maintain a clean and organized reception area.,Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures.,Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth operations.,Manage front desk operations and maintain accurate records.,Promote the hotel's amenities and services to guests.,Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using computer and office software.,Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
