Tanggung Jawab:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the port, ensuring that all activities are carried out efficiently and effectively.Develop and implement strategies to improve port performance and productivity.Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for improvement.Manage and mentor a team of port operators, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are performing at their best.Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all port activities are coordinated and integrated.Attend and participate in meetings and conferences to discuss port operations and strategies.Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, logistics, or maritime studies.Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the port or logistics industry.Strong knowledge of port operations, including vessel berthing, cargo handling, and documentation.Proven track record of achieving operational targets and improving port performance.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.Familiarity with relevant software and tools, such as ERP systems and port management software.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.🛠️ Keahlian
