📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage our online store, including product listings, inventory, and pricing.,Process and fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently.,Provide excellent customer service, answering inquiries and resolving any issues.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote our products and services.,Maintain accurate records of all transactions and customer interactions.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of our online store.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online retail.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail or e-commerce.,Strong knowledge of online retail platforms and e-commerce tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.,Familiarity with Indonesian language is a plus.,Experience with customer service and relationship management is a plus.,Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively.
