Lead International Supply Chain Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sea Freight Procurement Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our sea freight procurement processes to ensure cost efficiency and timely delivery of goods. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management, procurement, and logistics, with a proven track record of success in similar roles.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize sea freight procurement processes to ensure cost efficiency and timely delivery of goods,Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and carriers to secure competitive rates and reliable service,Analyze market trends and develop strategies to improve procurement processes and reduce costs,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sea freight procurement,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of procurement processes with other supply chain activities,Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliance and continuous improvement,Provide leadership and guidance to the procurement team to ensure high levels of performance and customer satisfaction,Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes to drive the growth and success of the company

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sea freight procurement or a related role,Proven track record of success in managing and optimizing procurement processes,Strong knowledge of sea freight market trends, rates, and regulations,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken,Experience with procurement software and tools is a plus
