📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are maintained and operated efficiently.,Develop and implement fleet management strategies to optimize costs and improve efficiency.,Oversee the maintenance and repair of vehicles, ensuring they are in good working condition.,Monitor fuel consumption and develop strategies to reduce fuel costs.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards.,Provide regular reports on fleet performance and recommend improvements.,Manage and maintain vehicle documentation and records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Proven track record of cost-saving initiatives and process improvements.,Ability to drive and have a valid driver's license.
