📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.,Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives to ensure they meet and exceed performance goals.,Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and trends.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product and service improvements.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.,Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote our products and services.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the technology sector.,Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using sales and CRM software.,Knowledge of the Indonesian market and industry trends is a plus.,Ability to travel frequently for business purposes.
