📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Assist in the strategic planning and implementation of branch operations.

Oversee the management of staff, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Monitor branch performance and implement improvement initiatives.

Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.

Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.

Assist in the development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of branch activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.

Familiarity with sales and marketing principles.

Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

Fluent in Indonesian and English.
