Providing excellent customer service to guests and ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable.,Taking food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.,Assisting guests with any special requests or dietary restrictions.,Maintaining a clean and well-presented dining area.,Collaborating with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food delivery.,Handling cash and card transactions securely and efficiently.,Promoting the hotel's amenities and services to guests.,Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not mandatory.,Friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused personality.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Basic knowledge of English is a plus.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Physical stamina to stand and work for extended periods.
