📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the company's financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Oversee the accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate payments.,Monitor and control expenses, identifying areas for cost reduction and improvement.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and tax laws.,Provide financial advice and support to the management team.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.,Prepare and present financial reports to the board of directors and other stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance management role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.,Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
