Apotek Rama Sate is seeking a dynamic and experienced Captain to join our team. As a Captain, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating the daily operations of our pharmacy, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This is a hybrid role, combining in-store operations with remote tasks, offering a unique opportunity to contribute to our success from both on-site and off-site perspectives.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise a team of pharmacists and staff to ensure smooth daily operations.,Coordinate with the pharmacy management to ensure all tasks are completed on time and within budget.,Ensure compliance with all pharmacy regulations and standards.,Manage inventory and ensure that all medications and supplies are stocked and organized properly.,Provide excellent customer service to all patients and visitors.,Train and develop new staff to ensure they meet the required standards.,Handle any customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner.,Participate in the development and implementation of new pharmacy programs and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership role within a pharmacy setting.,Strong knowledge of pharmacy regulations and standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with inventory management and supply chain processes.,Experience with remote work and hybrid models is a plus.,Ability to travel to different locations as needed.
