Overseeing day-to-day operations of the department,Managing a team of professionals and providing guidance and support,Ensuring that all departmental goals and objectives are met,Developing and implementing strategies to improve departmental performance,Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations,Assisting in the recruitment, training, and development of staff,Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of departmental activities,Representing the company at industry events and conferences

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role,Strong leadership and management skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite,Familiarity with HRIS and other relevant software,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
