📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting quality inspections and tests to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.,Leading and mentoring a team of QC inspectors to maintain high-quality standards.,Identifying and implementing corrective actions to address quality issues.,Maintaining detailed records of inspection results and quality metrics.,Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues.,Ensuring adherence to safety protocols and standards in the workplace.,Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality processes.,Providing training and support to new team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quality Control, Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of quality control principles, standards, and regulations.,Proven experience in leading and mentoring a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using quality control software and tools.,Valid certification in quality control or a related field is a plus.
