📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.,Create engaging and effective learning materials, including e-learning modules and workshops.,Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements and gaps.,Collaborate with department heads to align training programs with business objectives.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.,Provide ongoing support and coaching to employees to ensure successful learning outcomes.,Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in learning and development or a similar role.,Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Proficient in using learning management systems (LMS) and other relevant training tools.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
