📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates to identify the best fit for our organization.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
  • Conduct background checks and reference verification to ensure the integrity of our hiring process.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities and candidate information.
  • Maintain a strong network within the local job market to attract passive candidates.
  • Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics and KPIs to support data-driven decision making.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong understanding of the local job market and ability to source and attract top talent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills to maintain accurate records and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
