📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the financial operations of the airline ticketing department, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.,Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including invoices, receipts, and other financial documents.,Ensure compliance with all applicable accounting standards and regulations.,Collaborate with the finance team to prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.,Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks.,Provide financial support to the sales and operations teams as needed.,Maintain strong relationships with vendors and ensure timely payment of invoices.,Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and forecast.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or financial operations, preferably in the travel or tourism industry.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and GAAP.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
