📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage cash transactions and ensure accurate financial records,Prepare and submit financial reports to management,Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations,Train and supervise junior cashiers and accounting staff,Handle customer inquiries and resolve accounting issues,Maintain and update accounting software and systems,Conduct regular audits and reconciliations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in cashier accounting or related roles,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices,Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations,Ability to analyze financial data and provide insights
