📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the production process to ensure that all products are manufactured to the highest standards of quality and efficiency.,Develop and implement production schedules and plans to meet production targets and deadlines.,Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Train and mentor production staff to ensure that they have the knowledge and skills necessary to perform their jobs effectively.,Ensure that all production equipment and machinery are properly maintained and calibrated to ensure optimal performance.,Work closely with the quality assurance team to ensure that all products meet quality standards and regulations.,Collaborate with other departments, such as purchasing and logistics, to ensure that production needs are met.,Ensure that all production activities are in compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as industrial engineering, manufacturing, or a related discipline.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role in a manufacturing or production environment.,Strong understanding of the manufacturing process and the ability to troubleshoot and solve production issues.,Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire production staff.,Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to make sound judgments in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with quality assurance and quality control processes and procedures.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
