📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and menu specifications.,Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation.,Assist the Head Chef in managing the kitchen team and ensuring smooth operations.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders for ingredients as needed.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Train and mentor junior staff members.,Participate in menu development and cost control activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen.,Proven track record of delivering high-quality dishes and maintaining food safety standards.,Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and ingredients.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian and international cuisine is a plus.,Valid food handler's certificate.
