📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Write and maintain technical documentation for software products,Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure accuracy,Create user manuals, API references, and other technical guides,Review and edit technical content to ensure clarity and correctness,Stay up-to-date with the latest technical writing tools and best practices,Assist in the development of training materials and tutorials,Contribute to the improvement of our technical writing processes and tools

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing,Strong understanding of software development concepts and processes,Excellent writing and editing skills in English,Familiarity with technical writing tools such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines,Strong communication and collaboration skills
