📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.,Create training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos.,Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback.,Coordinate with department heads to ensure training aligns with organizational goals.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Ability to design and facilitate engaging training sessions.,Proficiency in using training management software.,Knowledge of e-learning platforms and tools.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
