📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Visit and meet with customers regularly to build and maintain strong relationships.

- Negotiate and resolve outstanding payments with customers.
- Monitor and report on collection performance and customer interactions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or collection roles.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and data analytics tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic.
- Fluency in Indonesian and English.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
