📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide direct patient care in the ICU and Operating Room, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and assisting with surgical procedures.
• Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure a safe and efficient operating environment.
• Monitor and maintain patient records, including vital signs, medication administration, and surgical outcomes.
• Assist in the preparation and post-operative care of patients.
• Participate in team meetings and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in critical care and surgical practices through ongoing education and training.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (S1 Keperawatan) from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in critical care nursing or surgical nursing.
• Certification as an ICU Nurse or Operating Room Nurse (e.g., BLS, ACLS, or ATLS).
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems, such as Epic or Cerner.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
