📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Draft, file, and manage patent applications, trademarks, and copyrights using the latest IP management software such as Derwent Innovation, PatSnap, and WIPO PATENTSCOPE.
• Conduct thorough IP due diligence and clearance processes to ensure compliance with Indonesian IP laws and regulations.
• Provide strategic advice on IP portfolio management and licensing opportunities.
• Monitor and analyze IP trends and market developments to identify new opportunities and threats.
• Prepare and present comprehensive IP reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure IP protection is integrated into all stages of product development and commercialization.
• Liaise with external legal and patent agents to ensure timely and effective IP protection.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest IP laws, regulations, and best practices through continuous learning and professional development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Intellectual Property, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IP management, with a strong focus on patents, trademarks, and copyrights.
• Professional certification in Intellectual Property (e.g., Certified Patent Attorney, Registered Patent Attorney, or equivalent).
• In-depth knowledge of Indonesian IP laws and regulations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Familiarity with IP management software such as Derwent Innovation, PatSnap, and WIPO PATENTSCOPE is a plus.
