📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement HSE policies and procedures to ensure compliance with national and international regulations.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
• Provide training and awareness programs to employees on safety protocols and best practices.
• Monitor and report on HSE performance metrics and KPIs.
• Investigate and report on incidents and accidents to prevent recurrence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the shipyard.
• Maintain and update HSE documentation, including permits, certifications, and training records.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, regulations, and best practices in HSE.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE), Occupational Health and Safety (OHS), or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HSE, with a focus on the shipyard and marine industry.
• Certification in HSE, such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or other relevant certifications.
• Strong knowledge of national and international regulations, such as IMO, ISO, and OSHA.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with using HSE software and tools, such as SAP, MS Office, and other relevant software.
