📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct market research to identify potential leasing opportunities and trends.
• Negotiate and finalize leasing agreements with clients, ensuring terms are favorable and aligned with company policies.
• Manage the leasing portfolio, including renewals, terminations, and lease modifications.
• Track and report on leasing performance metrics using Salesforce and Google Workspace.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote available properties and attract tenants.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliance.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of business strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in leasing and business development, preferably in the real estate or logistics sector.
• Proven track record of successfully managing leasing agreements and driving revenue growth.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in using Salesforce and Google Workspace.
• Familiarity with Indonesian market dynamics and regulations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
