📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of luxury properties in Bali.
• Manage and coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure timely and efficient upkeep of properties.
• Conduct regular inspections to assess property conditions and address any issues promptly.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and protocols to maintain property standards.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure high-quality services are delivered.
• Address resident concerns and complaints, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and report on property performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Property Management, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in property management, preferably in luxury or high-end properties.
• Proven track record of managing and maintaining high-value properties.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
• Familiarity with property management software such as Yardi, Compass, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of local regulations and building codes in Bali.
• Certification in First Aid and Safety Training is a plus.
• Ability to travel frequently to different locations within Bali.
