📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for front desk, housekeeping, and food & beverage staff.
• Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
• Create engaging and interactive training materials, including manuals, videos, and presentations.
• Assess and evaluate staff performance to identify areas for improvement and development.
• Provide ongoing coaching and mentoring to support staff growth and career advancement.
• Collaborate with the resort's management team to align training programs with business objectives.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to ensure our training programs are current and effective.
• Conduct guest feedback sessions to gather insights and make necessary adjustments to training programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in hospitality training or a similar role.
• Certification in hospitality training or a related field (e.g., Certified Hospitality Trainer, Certified Training Specialist).
• Proven ability to develop and deliver effective training programs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage and inspire staff.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
• Experience with training software such as Moodle, Cornerstone, or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations in the hospitality sector.
