📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Greet and assist customers with their medication inquiries and needs.
• Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing prescriptions accurately.
• Maintain and update the pharmacy inventory using software like Rakuten Retail or similar.
• Ensure the pharmacy is clean and well-organized, following health and safety guidelines.
• Provide customer service and answer any questions about medications and health products.
• Assist in the preparation and distribution of health products and supplements.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Adhere to all pharmacy regulations and guidelines.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a pharmacy or healthcare setting, preferably in a customer service role.
• Familiarity with pharmacy software and inventory management systems.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of pharmacy practices and regulations.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
